PineLights is a Christmas lighting business in the North Carolina Sandhills. This page explains what happens to your information on this website and in the PineLights app, the iPhone app our crew uses to run the business.

This website

• We don't use cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking scripts.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• When you message us on Instagram, Instagram's own privacy policy covers that conversation.

The PineLights app

• Everything entered in the app, including client names, addresses, phone numbers, measurements, and estimates, is stored only on the device it was entered on. The app has no accounts and doesn't send that information to us or anyone else.
• When the app's user chooses to send an estimate, the iPhone share sheet passes the PDF to the app they pick, such as Messages or Mail. That app's privacy policy then applies.
• The app has no analytics, ads, or tracking.
• While the app is in testing through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may collect crash reports and the feedback testers choose to send, and share them with us under Apple's privacy policy.

If you're a PineLights customer

We keep your name, address, contact details, and the details of your lighting so we can quote, install, take down, and store your lights. We don't sell or share them. To see, correct, or delete what we have, message us on Instagram.
